IFME with the financial support of the Municipality of Prishtina has conducted training with 30 young men and women for soft skills. The aim of the project was for the beneficiaries through training to gain knowledge on how to find a job and how to be more efficient at work; how to manage time and stress; how to have better Communication Skills, Public Speaking/Communication with external parties; Writing Skills – Academic Writing, Report Writing, etc.
