Today we held the “Consumer Care” training for members of the Association of Craftsmen and Businessmen of Prizren – SHZAP. A very interactive training was held with discussions and exchanges of experiences from each participant. The training was supported by the Ministry of Regional Development. We thank the members and leadership of SHZAP for the hospitality. IETL will continue to contribute to the private sector throughout Kosovo through training and research.
