Kosovo Chamber of Commerce (KCC), is the founder of the IFME Institute.
Kosovo Chamber of Commerce (KCC) is a professional organization founded in 1962 by the Assembly of Kosovo. It is the only business institution established by law and the KCC activities take place on the basis of this law: (Law on Kosovo Chamber of Commerce 2004/7 adopted by the Assembly of Kosovo). KCC serves the Kosovo economy, and is a constructive partner of the Kosovo state institutions, a partner in social dialogue and promoter of economic development and good macroeconomic policies.

Memorandum of Understanding between Institute for Free Market Economy (IFME) and College ESLG
The Institute for Free Market Economy (IFME) and College ESLG have signed an memorandum of understanding and mutual recognition with the main purpose of cooperation in joint research and analysis that will be mainly in favor of the private sector, which will include students and academic staff of College ESLG, and in on the other hand, the IFME will contribute to advising on the development of the most up-to-date curricula at ESLG College.
College ESLG is the only institution of higher education in Kosovo that provides superior education in unique study programs that contribute to the economic growth and competitive advantage of Kosovo. College ESLG is the only institution that is specialized in high quality academic research in the field of real estate management, sustainability, facility management, and energy efficiency.
College ESLG is an associate member of New University Ljubljana, Slovenia and offers internationally accredited study programs.
The common goal of IFME and College ESLG is to achieve European and international standards of real estate management, energy infrastructure, energy efficiency, sustainability and environmental protection, as well as efficient management of the construction and energy sectors.

Konrad Adenauer Stiftung
The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) is a political foundation. KAS offices abroad are in charge of over 200 projects in more than 120 countries. The foundation’s headquarters are situated in Sankt Augustin near Bonn, and also in Berlin. There, an additional conference center, named “The Academy”, was opened in 1998.
The main activities of the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung in the Republic of Kosovo are: political education; civic education and strengthening civic society; European integration process and publications.

Enhancing Youth Employment
Enhancing Youth Employment (EYE) is a program funded by the Swiss Cooperation Office in Kosovo (SCO-K) and implemented by the consortium of HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation (HSI) and Management Development Associates (MDA). The overall goal of EYE is to improve the labor market conditions in Kosovo hence increasing the employment opportunities of the young Kosovar women and men going out from Vocational Education and Training (VET)schools and universities and facilitating their transition from school to work.
Furthermore, the EYE project promotes focused private sector investments in relevant subsectors that lead to growth of employment opportunities for young people.

Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC)
The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is a bilateral United States foreign aid agency established by the U.S. Congress in 2004, applying a new philosophy toward foreign aid. It is an independent agency separate from the State Department and USAID. Often regarded as the world's most transparent organization, it operates separately from the State Department and USAID, and is based on incentives for developing countries, where only those that meet the criteria are eligible for assistance. MCC provides time-limited grants promoting economic growth, reducing poverty, and strengthening institutions.

Millennium Foundation Kosovo
Millennium Foundation Kosovo is the implementing entity of the Threshold Program agreed between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and Millennium Challenge Corporation.
Kosovo Threshold Program addresses two key constraints to Kosovo’s economic growth: an unreliable supply of electricity; and real and perceived weakness in rule of law, government accountability and transparency.

Women Entrepreneurs in Energy WEE (SEEK Interventions), aims to pilot incentives for energy efficiency measures for households and to provide grants for greater inclusion of women in the energy sector. WEE-SEEK is a $ 20.6 million FMC activity that aims to pilot incentives for energy efficiency measures for households and provide grants for greater involvement of women in the energy sector.
The focus of WEE is on the activities that address the barriers to the participation of women in the energy sector as employees and entrepreneurs, and to encourage women’s entrepreneurship through grants and technical assistance.

Kosovo Libertarian Institute (LINK)
The Institute for Free Market Economy (IFME) and the Libertarian Institute of Kosovo (LINK) signed cooperation agreements and mutual recognition with the main purpose of cooperation in the preparation and publication of research, analysis of the impact of economic and development policies in the private sector, providing practical policy solutions and the promotion of intellectual debate, advocacy and lobbying in order to guide policies and best practices by decision makers at the central and local levels.
