IFME in partnership with Business Support Center Kosovo (BSCK) has implemented a Training and Mentoring Program with women entrepreneurs challenged by the COVID-19 crisis and women / girls aiming to start and grow their own business.

This program is part of the project “Women’s participation in economic empowerment” funded by the Agency for Gender Equality / Office of the Prime Minister as part of the “Economic Recovery Program 2021” – Measure 4 of the second phase. The project aimed at the economic empowerment of women at different stages of economic development.

The training program includes modules: Business Plan Development; Entrepreneurship and Innovation; Market Development; Digital Marketing; Online Sales; Financial Management, etc.

The trainings were held in two groups including Small and Medium Businesses (SMEs) and Start-Up Businesses. After the completion of the training was continued with individual support in advising and mentoring businesses according to specific needs in the sectors.
