The Institute for Free Market Economy (IETL) is conducting research on the impact of the COVID-19 virus on the real estate sector in Kosovo.

The purpose of this research is to assess the damage that can be caused during pandemic time and the effects after pandemic in the sector and to propose the necessary measures to be taken to overcome the situation.
