The IFME Institute in partnership with Talent Network Kosova implemented the next program “TRAINING AND PRACTICE AT WORK”. This project was supported and funded by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports (MCYS) – Department of Youth, within the Program for Economic Recovery.
The program had two main goals:
1) Soft Skills Training and Digital Marketing
Initially, the young people beneficiaries of the program received knowledge about “Soft Skills” – such as time and stress management; increasing efficiency at work; emotional intelligence; communication skills and interaction with co-workers (teamwork); digital marketing which have become key factors to achieve success in the workplace.
2) On-the-job training and internship
Beneficiaries after completing the training have attended training or internships on a one-month period in various private sector enterprises.
This program is a comprehensive combination of on-the-job training and practice. Beneficiaries were 20 young men and women, aged 18-24, in order to support vocational training and sustainable employment in Kosovo.
